Stallholder Information & Policies

Thank you for your interest in trading at events managed by Best of Burton.

We work with local authorities, parish councils, community organisations and event organisers to deliver markets, food courts and community events across Burton upon Trent and the surrounding area.

This page contains the key information and policies that apply when applying to trade at a Best of Burton  managed event. Please take a few minutes to read our Stallholder Booking Policy and Stallholder Terms & Conditions before submitting an application.

Individual events may also have their own Trader Information Pack, which will contain event-specific details such as arrival times, pitch fees, vehicle access, electricity and other trading requirements.

Stallholder Booking Policy

Our Stallholder Booking Policy explains how applications are considered and how we select traders for our events. This includes our approach to maintaining a varied mix of traders, similar products, pitch allocation and previous attendance.

Stallholder Terms & Conditions

Our Stallholder Terms & Conditions set out the general requirements that apply when trading at events managed by Best of Burton, including insurance, risk assessments, setup, safety, conduct, cancellations and event-day responsibilities.

Event-Specific Trader Information

Individual events may have additional requirements relating to pitch fees, arrival and trading times, vehicle access, electricity, food safety and other event arrangements.

Where an Event Information / Trader Pack applies, this must be read alongside our Stallholder Terms & Conditions and Stallholder Booking Policy before submitting your application.
